Mr. Fidel, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, joined Oasis Outsourcing in April of 2013. Mr. Fidel is a respected expert in the PEO industry with experience, not only in legal matters but also in human resources, regulatory compliance, governance, insurance, benefits, acquisitions and risk management. Prior to joining Oasis, he served as General Counsel for Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. At Oasis, he is responsible for all legal and compliance matters. Mr. Fidel received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Shimer College, his Master of Arts from DePaul University and his juris doctor from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.

 

Carrie Cherveny, Esq

Carrie Cherveny is Vice President of Employment Practices and is responsible for developing AlphaStaff’s consulting and advisory services in the area of employee practices, including employee relations, compliance, policies/handbooks, agreements, dispute resolution approaches, etc.

Carrie brings 15 years of experience as an employment attorney and as a human resources professional serving as a partner at Schwarzberg & Associates. Ms. Cherveny is a frequent speaker at Society of Human Resources Management events and recently held as SHRM’s Federal Legislative Chair.

Carrie Cherveny earned her J.D. from Stetson College of Law.

Paul joined Beazley in May 2001 as an Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Underwriter. Paul is the EPL product leader for both the UK and US teams. Paul has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and London market in both claims and underwriting roles. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Paul has helped to establish Beazley’s EPL team as one of the leaders in the market.

Territory Manager for Chubb Specialty Insurance

 

Christopher Belvedere is assistant vice president, Chubb & Son, and the territory manager for Chubb’s specialty insurance business unit in Tampa, Florida. Chris is responsible for the agency relationships and all management and professional liability business in the territory which includes the states of Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. Chris is also a Chubb subject matter expert on the threat of cyber liability to public, private and not for profit companies.

Chris began his career at Chubb in 2006 in the New York City office with responsibility for underwriting complex management liability business for publicly traded companies and large (over $1 billion in sales) private and not for profits companies.

Prior to joining Chubb, Chris was a licensed financial advisor.

Chris graduated from the State University of New York–University at Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance.

 

Will Fahey

Senior Vice President Zurich North America

Will Fahey is a Senior Vice President in Zurich North America’s Management Liability Group, overseeing D&O, Fiduciary and Employment Practices Liability for companies with revenue in excess of $500M.

Will has 15 years experience underwriting these lines of business, and has also underwritten private equity firms as well as Representations and Warranties and Tax Liability Insurance.

He is a graduate of Allegheny College and New York Law School.
